Well on a scale of how hectic days go, I'd say yesterday was rather high up the scale. Prom was in the evening, for which I actually had a dress for though lacked shoes/bag/accessories in general. So, my father kindly offered to take me on a quick outing to Chester despite the monsoon like conditions (a months worth of rainfall in 24 hours). I managed to get to H&M and did find this necklace, however, it was in a rather battered state at the back of the display, so I instead opted for this one which I do rather like. After much shoe deliberation, I found these in the sale section of dorothy perkins which was quite convenient as well as the fact they are beautifully comfortable.

All in all a successful day, and thankfully the weather cleared up for prom which was also excellent (despite the drinks being £4.50!)
